This building and the building to the south are very similar in style, and have the look of an arcade.

This building is a two-story brick building constructed in 1912 in the Commercial/Late Victorian style. The second floor has two sets of paired windows, which have single fixed panes. The sills are lug brick, and the arched lintels are formed with two rows of sailor and one row of header bricks. Two belt courses of raised brick dentils decorate the parapet wall.
There are two storefront which are accentuated with large stilted arched openings formed by three rows of sailor bricks. Under each arch are large cloth awnings which give an arcade effect. The north occupancy has a single door on the left leading to the second floor. The ground floor entry is centered under the arch, with a display to the right. The south storefront has an entry door on the right, with two display windows to the left. All doors are aluminum and glass. The display windows have lug brick sills and brick kickplates.
The building was vacant at the time of our visit. This building is Item 39 on the District nomination.
