This station, a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Danbury, NH. It is set in a large boulder off the east side of the Northern Rail Trail, formerly the Northern Division of the B&M Railroad. The NHDOT datasheet description is as follows:

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN DANBURY.TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. ROUTE 4 AND STATE ROUTE 11 IN ANDOVER, GO WEST FOR 2.9 MI ON ROUTE 4 TO THE WILMONT/DANBURY TOWN LINE. CONTINUE STRAIGHT AND GO WEST FOR 0.8 MI ON ROUTE 4 TO THE STATION ON THE LEFT. ALSO FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. ROUTE 4 AND STATE ROUTE 104 IN DANBURY, GO EAST FOR 3.4 MI ON ROUTE 4 TO THE STATION ON THE RIGHT.THE STATION IS A STANDARD USCGS DISK STAMPED--J 3 1933--, SET IN THE TOP OF A LARGE EMBEDDED BOULDER, 3.5 FT ABOVE THE CENTER OF THE MAIN TRACK AND 3.0 FT ABOVE THE CENTER OF ROUTE 4. LOCATED 108 FT NORTH OF THE CENTER OF A ROAD CROSSING, 27.0 FT EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE MAIN TRACK, 195 FT NORTH ALONG ROUTE 4 FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE CEMETERY IN SOUTH DANBURY, 57.0 FT WEST OF THE CENTER OF ROUTE 4, 40.0 FT NORTHWEST FROM POWER POLE PSNH/29/126, 195 FT NORTHWEST FROM POWER POLE NET/904/3, 65.0 FT EAST FROM A 3-FT DIAMETER CONCRETE WELL COVER.

This mark is one of four marks in the immediate vicinity of the former site of the Converse Station depot for the railroad. Of these four marks, only two have been recovered by anyone.

The NGS datasheet description as written in 1933 is based on the railroad, and outdated and confusing. An update is pending.
