It's near the Orbiter Processing Facilities and the Vehicle Assembly Building.
For the general public, an admission ticket of $38.00 is required. The admission fee includes access to the Visitors Center grounds and all exhibits; a bus tour of the Kennedy Space Center with stops at the Launch Pad 39 Observation Gantry and the Saturn V Center; and admission to the nearby United States Astronaut Hall of Fame.
