This was a fairly easy find. Located along the seafront at Palm Bay, it is located close to the ramp that goes down to the beach, where at the bottom is the seasonal cafe and a cuppa or ice cream if its nice weather.
As you face the down ramp, go to the left of the ramp and walk parallel to it for about 10m. Cross the low low level barrier and the OBSM is on the top of the bank amongst the grass. Watch the little ones as four feet further and its a steep bank down the other side.
