This caboose is a SCL/L&N car. It is in Panther Creek Park near Owensboro, KY.
The train is grey with yellow/red stripes. In the center of the exterior, there is a box that reads, "SCL|L&N Georgia Clinchfield West Point Route" on the lower left corner of the car, it reads, "CSXT021135".
This is the only train piece in the park, but the park is HUGE and has other interesting activities nearby. There is a remodeled one-room schoolhouse next to the train, a forest ranger fire tower is nearby, splash park, stocked lake, countless trails (elevated wooden trails throughout the woods), ballfields, disc golf and orientation course.
