There are three rest areas between Jasper and Edmonton, this is one of two that has a washroom facility if you are travelling eastbound on the Yellowhead.
Surrounded by mixed stands of spruce and aspen, there is not much of a view besides the cars zooming past that you just spent the last half hour passing.
