Built of part of Metro Transit's major transit tunnel that runs the length of Downtown Seattle, Bill Whipple's clock is located on Pine Street right across from the enterance to the station.

From the Metro King County website: "The 17-foot-high street clock is made of a concrete column supporting a large stainless-steel question mark wrapped around a granite clock face. The concrete column is labeled 'BEFORE' on one side and 'AFTER' on the other."
