This fountain is enclosed by a circular stone wall with a concrete rim about three feet (1m) high and ten feet in diameter. It has one central floral spray. It is at the south end of a brick walkway, near the Municipal Rose Garden.
Julia Davis Park is an 87-acre park containing several major museums, a zoo, sculptures, and the Municipal Rose Garden, the largest rose garden in the intermountain region. The initial portion of the park was donated by Tom Davis, early pioneer of this valley whose homestead formed the original town of Boise, in memory of his wife Julia.
