This cemetery is located on the north side of Enid, on Highway 81, the route of the old Chisholm Trail.

Although there are some older burials dating back to the 1930's, most of the burials here date from the 1970s forward, with flat markers. There are approximately 3150 internments here.
The cemetery is flat and grass-covered, with very few trees. It is very well maintained. A wood pavilion for services is at this location. The entrance faces Highway 81 and consists of two white stone pillars and low curved walls. Each pillar has a concrete cap with round finials. A bronze marker on each pillar reads "MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY".
The paved roadways form a grid throughout the cemetery, with several round and curved areas.
