The building at 103 North First Street is one of the oldest in the historic district. The building constructed in about 1847 escaped the many fires which destroyed most of the early buildings in Clarksville. The two-story brick storehouse was built with first story storefront and a residence above. The building appears to be in good condition and now serves as a natural soap and fragrance shop.
