The Buffalo Post Office was constructed beginning in 1927 and completed in 1928. The building is in a Classical Revival style as designed by architects within the postal service. The Buffalo Post Office is one of twelve including in a thematic study of post office constructed in Wyoming between 1900 and 1941.
