A hording erected by Taylor-Wimpey inviting Graffiti from "only real artists" is located at the end of a landmark, 'Newport City Footbridge' (I think built by Taylor-Wimpey in 2004) It hides derelict land.
The Graffiti has now spread along a wall, along the East bank of the River Usk, called Kutaisi Walk. (Kutaisi One of Newports Twin Cities)
It seems to be well maintained, as unofficial graffiti is painted out,
& some of the Graffiti has been renewed in 2012.
