Knightdale Seafood & Barbecue has been a staple in the diet of the citizens of eastern Wake County for decades.
It serves both chopped and pulled pork BBQ with eastern NC sauce (vinegar based) as well as all types of seafood and shellfish cocked in a variety of ways.
