This control mark is located about a tenth of a mile east of Lake Junction on the East Entrance Road. The cap is located in the north headwall for a culvert about 40 feet north of highway centerline. The cap was set by the U.S. Geological Survey’s Cascade Volcanoes Observatory in 1984 and was marked 84 23.

THE MARK IS 0.5 M BELOW THE HIGHWAY.
