The Bethlehem Lutheran Church was built 1914-1915 to serve the religious needs of this small Danish immigrant community. The brick church was built in a Gothic Revival style. Recent additions to the church are less than sympathetic to the historical design of the church though the sanctuary of the church is historically intact.
The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
