This station is located in the Decatur Cemetery on Church Street at Commerce Drive, Decatur, GA. The station is in very poor condition, the disc was un-readable. It appears that the cemetery lawn maintenance equipment has gouged the disc. The monument is located close to a water spigot about half way up the hill from the road. The disc is approximately 4 foot to the rear of a witness post.

DESCRIBED BY MEASUREMENT SCIENCE INCORPORATED 1995 (PDK) TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE WEST AND CHURCH STREET, PROCEED NORTH ON CHURCH STREET FOR 0.2 MI (0.3 KM) TO THE INTERSECTION WITH BELL STREET ON THE LEFT. TURN LEFT AND ENTER THE DECATUR CEMETARY, THE STATION IS IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PORTION OF THE CEMETARY. STATION IS AN ALUMINUM DISK SET IN A CONCRETE POST STAMPED 5058 AND IS LOCATED 16.7 M (54.8 FT) WEST OF BACK OF CURB, 18.38 M (60.30 FT) SOUTH OF BACK OF CURB.
