Der TP befindet sich auf dem höchsten Punkt des Kirchplatzes in Weingarten, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wirtschaftsgebäude der Basilika. In der Nähe ist auch ein geologischer Pfad mit diversen Findlingen sowie eine Tafel mit Informationen des Trigonometrischen Netzes sowie eine Höhenmarke zu finden.
The Tp is on the highest point of the church place in Weingarten, nearby the historic building of the Basilika. You can also find a gelologic path with boulders and a information board where you can learn something about the Trigonometric Grid of Germany.
