The No Name Rest Stop in Glenwood Canyon features several plaques. One set by the restrooms explores the development of the special engineering features of the section of I-70 that runs through the canyon (
visit link) .
Then there is a nearby raised area (wheelchair accessible) that features free binoculars and plaques explaining the native wildlife, geology and construction of the highway.
