This fountain is located in the Tijuana Zoo area of the Parque Morelos.

Located in Tijuana's largest park, Parque Morelos, the Tijuana Zoo is rather small. Animal exhibits are spread throughout the park and feature some domesticated animals... pigs, goats, deer as well as wild bears, lions, jaguars, tigers, monkeys, birds, a butterfly house.
This blue and yellow tiled mosaic fountain is located near the entrance to the park. The fountain was not operating during my visit...but is has a circular pool with a central spout which comes out of silver-tiled mosaic pedestal that has a shell-like basin.
