The White Tower now serves as a Museum...and features exhibits dealing with body armour and weapons. On the wall is this Coat of Arms which depicts three suits of armor crowned on a red field below a breastplate. At the top is a hand holding a shell and the Latin words: "ARMA VIRUM QUI CERO" A circle around the field reads "VICTORIA" and a banner at the bottom reads:
"JAMES GOW MANN K.C.V.O.
MASTER OF THE ARMOURIES 1939-62"
