This block, consisting of a small rivet in a concrete block is located near a small cairn close to the summit of Foel Lûs. The block overlooks the villages of Dwygyfylchi, Capelulo and Penmaenmawr. There are also some spectacular views of the coast and of the Orme.
Type of trigpoint: block.
Condition: Good
Height above Newlyn datum: 352.653m
It took me a while to find this until I noticed someone had been helpful and marked it with paint!
Access to the summit of Foel Lûs is via the North Wales Path (NWP), which skirts around the base of the mountain. It is then just a matter of walking towards the high ground from the NWP. The block can be seen from the shelter cairn on the summit of Foel Lûs.
