The building at 101-103 East Church was built in 1897. The three-story brick commercial building originally housed the Bank of Ozark on the first floor and the Masonic Lodge 352 above. The building features a decorative cornice and arched windows on the upper floors. The building has recently been restored and now serves as an insurance agency and a resale store.

The building is a contributing building in the Ozark Courthouse Square Historic District on the National Register of Historic Place.
