This flat fountain is located in front of the entrance to the multi-story Sindorim Technomart building in the Guro district of Seoul, Korea.

Korea is definitely high tech, and there are many areas, especially in Seoul, that specialize in electronics. In the Sindorim (Guro) district of Seoul, this Technomart has several floors of electronics, including service centers for Dell and Hewelett Packard, but there are department stores (E-Mart) and other specialty stores as well. There is a Starbucks and a McDonald's on the ground floor, and a food court on the eighth floor with several dozen restaurants and coffee shops.
The main part of this fountain consists of a flat, level pool with the ground with vertical jets. It forms an "L" shape with some flat granite stepping stones. There is a sheet type fountain that may be connected to it, but is perhaps separate, but still part of the overall water feature in front of the building and next to an entrance to the Sindorim subway station. There are a pair of towering golden sculptures on either side.
There is a glass enclosed Starbucks store overlooking the fountain from the ground floor of the building.
