The plaque is on the main administration building of the cemetery. It's located next to the grave finder kiosk and it reads: "This cemetery is dedicated to the memory of all the patriotic men and women who answered their country's call to service. Their inspiring contribution will help preserve in the hearts and lives of all Americans the spirit of patriotism, the love of country the willingness to serve and the sacrifice to the common good."
The cemetery opened in 1992 and serves the Central Valley of California. It's located about 2 miles from Hway 5 in Santa Nella, CA.
