Along one of the many streets of Phuket City (not to be confused with the decadent, hedonistic beach resort area of Phuket, on the west coast of the island) is this small, but brightly lit business. As the name says, it sells neon signs. Thus, not surprisingly, it is brightly lit, with neon signs. Very eye-catching on the dark street. I would assume that Kittislip was the name of the owner.
