Located inside the Atrium Saldanha mall, on the lower floor, you can find Délifrance, a breakfast spot that offers you plenty of choices for your early meal. They have also some specials that are unbeatable in the area.
I recommend their special, for only 2 eur ~ 2,5 usd, composed by an fresh orange juice, a latte, a sandwich made out traditional bread and an expresso.
The downside for all this is a queue that can take up to 5 min for your turn, still, that's worthy.
