A zinc peak-top tablet. The tablet has the dedication to John DAVIS on one side with decorative flowers above. The back of the tablet is decorated with flowers. The headstone shows signs of damage and was repaired using two metal brackets bolted to the back. The headstone is about 2 feet high.
