Martin County - AJ5270 - GS23 - Stuart, FL - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

Monumented in 1992 by the survey company Keith & Schnars. Located at the SE corner of the intersection of Kanner Hwy (SR 76) and Kansas Ave / Locks Rd, just west of the bridge over the Florida Turnpike. Disk is mounted on a square block of concrete about halfway between Kanner Hwy and Kansas Ave.

Disk has some scratches, probably due to being mowed over. There is a damaged witness post adjacent to the mark (damage probably also due to mowers). A large arrow has been spraypainted on the edge of Kanner Hwy pointing toward the mark.
