"Since 1954 Stoltzfus Meats has been producing fine, quality fresh and smoked meats. It all began with Amos Stoltzfus taking Lancaster County products to a retail stand at a farm market. As the demand increased for these exceptional, quality products, Amos started making and selling his own products.
As time passed, Amos' family became interested in the business and have been carrying on the tradition of processing a wide variety of fresh and smoked meat products ever since. These include our award winning old fashioned sweet bologna, fresh country sausage and hamloaf (the same sausage and hamloaf served at Stoltzfus Farm Restaurant), smoked ring bologna, shankless hams, our 2010 Award Winning Boneless Ham, bacon, smoked sausage, sausage grillers (11 different flavors), smoked turkey, scrapple, kielbasa and dried beef."
