A seventies built church with a “forceful but rather crude” construction.

Located on Tor Hill Road, built in 1976 for the United Reformed Church and funded from the sale of two Baptist church sites in Torquay.
From the official website:
"The Torbay Methodist Circuit is a group of nine Methodist Churches (including a Local Ecumenical Project with the United Reformed Church) established in the following centres of population - Brixham; Kingskerswell; Paignton and Torquay."
The Circuit is staffed by four full-time Methodist Ministers.
A very modern and prominent feature on the skyline, the attached website contains a very interesting history section, well worth a read.
