This witness corner cadastral mark is located on the east side of Ore. Hwy, 42.9 feet east of the actual corner location in the highway. The cap is set on a pipe in the east right of way fence for the highway. The mark was set for the Harney County in 1993 by PLS 1288. The cap was marked T 25 S, R 31 E, 1/4 corner between sections 34 & 35, WC 42.9 E.
