Unlike most of the other murals in town, this one doesn't have a date or artist listed...but presumably it was created in 2009 like the mural which is on it's opposite side. See (visit link)

This mural faces the Vermilion River and depicts family (man, woman and young boy) with the message:
"FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY, IN HISTORIC
DOWNTOWN
PONTIAC
MUSEUMS, MURALS, MEALS, MERCHANTS & MORE"

The website (visit link) for the town's many murals doesn't really have much additional information on this one...other than entitiling it "The Welcome Mural"... and it provides another photo.
