The pagoda is located in western Phnom Penh, not in the best area of the city, more the slum area of the city, however, entirely safe to visit. The pagoda consists of an elevated central prayer hall that is undergoing renovation, a few other buildings in its spacious grounds, and with several new works underway. The perimeter of the pagoda is marked by a line of small stupas of prominent citizens. A local on site told me that this this pagoda was one hundred years old. During my weekday visit I saw no monks in the pagoda. Waymark made at the prayer hall.
