This is a white tree stump marker which is squared off at the corners. The cut branches are positioned at the corners. The stump is sitting atop two horizontal logs with leaves engraved on them. The inscription reads:

June 5 1910
Memory Lane Cemetery is located south of Anadarko and is a gently rolling land which is beautifully maintained.
