This settlement, from the 12th-13th Centuries, was undoubtedly related with exploitation of marine resources, probably with seasonal occupation. Accordingly to the legend, its Moorish name was Muhib.
Recently the area was subjected to a serious archaeological study and at the same time it was provided with a wooden pathway so people can have a close look at the excavated foundations of the village houses.
There is a proper parking spot serving the area.
