LOCATED IN THE CITY OF AITKIN. THE MARK IS SET VERTICALLY IN THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE AITKIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE AT AITKIN, 0.6 FT
WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING IN A CONCRETE BLOCK
(WHICH IS THE THIRD CONCRETE BLOCK FROM THE GROUND. THE MARK IS 4
FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
