Water Works Park is located on Fourth Plain and Fort Vancouver Way in Vancouver, Washington. This is where the water works were built in 1909 "at the highest elevation." The park is actually the wellhead for those works.

Adjacent to Clark College, this 20-acre site offers walking trails, play equipment, picnic shelters, restrooms, and a community amphitheater. In 1998, the community raised funds to construct the Swift Skatepark, the only city-operated skateboard facility in the city.
