This looks to be a classy restaurant in the good part of Phnom Penh. A place for Cambodian men to take their wives, girlfriends, mistresses, and business associates, however, I cannot vouch for the quality of the cuisine.
The restaurant is on a busy street corner. The sign is on this corner facing out into the street, in at least three languages.
