The pier for the city of Phnom Penh is located on the Mekong River, near the tourist area of the city. As patrons exit the various ships, boats and craft docked at this pier they can can see the face of a public clock located under the eaves of the Pier offices. The clock is clearly intended for disembarking passengers, only exiting over the boat ramp can the clock be clearly seen. Not the most impressive piece of clock technology, but it is there, and it does the work.

Interestingly enough, the pier offices are part of the building that houses the 'Titanic Restaurant', one of the better restaurants in the city (or at least one of the more expensive). Not a coincidence, the 1997 Cameron movie 'Titanic' is popular in Cambodia.
