I could not find any information about this statue. It is quite unique in the location and the surrounding area. Really looks as if St. Peter is standing on the bow of a boat. It is really a nice and quite large piece. I have been told that the language is Vietnamese and I do not read it. I attempted to do translation, but it would not translate words correctly. Appears to be some sort of dedication piece. Really a nice piece in a deep south Louisiana town.
