This was the path that i've taken, but there are some alternatives:
Park you car near the monastery, in: N 38° 28.455 W 008° 59.760
Follow the road till you find a small path on the left, in: N 38 28.742 W 8 59.609
Follow the path and you will reach a point where you will have to climb a bit, an reach this point: N 38 28.820 W 8 59.685
After this point you should follow the path that passes inside the vegetation, eventually you will have to walk bended.
When you reach N 38 28.923 W 8 59.782, continue straight ahead.
After that you shouldn't have major problems.
