Bishop Frederick Eis dedicated the new edifice Aug. 10, 1902. Over time the interior of the new church was decorated, again thanks to the efforts of parishioners. The people helped fund three Gothic-style altars and beautiful stained glass windows.
In preparation for the observance of the parish’s centennial in 1959, many improvements were made to the parish plant. Additional parking was added and an east entrance to the church was constructed. The basement hall was enlarged and renovated and a kitchen added. The hall was named Monsignor Rezek Hall.
