This utility box is painted on all four sides and depicts the Santa Cruz Lighthouse sitting on the cliff above the waves. A surfer and a shark fin can be seen in the ocean waves below. The ocean scene wraps around the box.

This utility box is located on Soquel Avenue at the SW corner of the intersection with Hegemann Avenue.
