A dated stone over the main entrance of a church about a mile out of the center of Newtown.
The date is marked as 1815 and is etched into sandstone and still looks very crisp as it is a long way from the sea air of the West coast of wales.
The church is still in use and has an extensive churchyard that is still also in use.
