Description of Enclosure:
The Palm Springs Public Arts Commission and Dog Park Subcommittee commissioned artist Phill Evans to design and build an unusual iron fence equipped with double gates that will not only be pleasing to the eye but also insure that no dogs can run out when someone enters the park. There is a smaller fenced off area for smaller dogs.
