The Marlow Cemetery is a very large cemetery on the northeast edge of Marlow. From Highway 81, turn east on Memorial Street and travel to the east end.
This is a standard tree stump marker, standing on two horizontal logs, mounted on a stone base. At the bottom of the marker, birds and leaves are engraved.
The inscription reads:
William F.
Adams
born
July 2, 1870
died
Jan. 12, 1917
