The WSDOT Survey Monument Database describes the location of this survey marker as follows:

THE STATION IS LOCATED AT THE FERRY DOCK IN EDMONDS, NEAR THE SOUTHERLY END OF THE SIDEWALK ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF BRACKETT'S LANDING PARK, APPROXIMATELY 30 METERS NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE FERRY DOCK, 6.6 METERS @ 255 DEGREES FROM A WITNESS STICKER ON A HANDICAP PARKING SIGN POLE, 16.2 METERS @ 275 DEGREES FROM THE ENTRANCE ROAD TO BRACKETT'S LANDING PARK, 7.2 METERS @ 305 DEGREES FROM BRACKETT'S LANDING MEMORIAL PLAQUE MONUMENT AND 26.4 METERS @ 10 DEGREES FROM THE APPROXIMATE CENTERLINE OF THE FERRY DOCK. THE MARK IS A WSDOT BRASS DISK CEMENTED INTO A DRILL HOLE AND SET LEVEL WITH THE CONCRETE SURFACE. NOTE THIS STATION SIGHTS STATION EDMONDS, AND REPLACES STATION JEFF, WHICH WAS DESTROYED BY CONSTRUCTION.
