Devil Creek Dam, is located north of Malad City, east of I-15 at Exit 22. It is an earth fill dam, with a road across the top. Near the east end of the dam is a plaque which reads:

The Devil Creek Reservoir recreation area offers camping, fishing, boating, as well as relaxing and sightseeing. There is an RV Park on the west side of the reservoir, which is next to the boat ramp.
