Other than confirmation that this is a flatiron building on this website (visit link) about the bar inside, there seems to be no information available about the building itself.
The building houses The Gingerman Tavern on it's first floor...and apparently apartments on the second floor. However, the window in the second floor has a flag displayed from the owner's other business...the Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, Michigan.
