Minnehaha Falls - Waterfalls on Waymarking.com

The falls have long been an important site to the native Dakota people. Minnehaha means "falling water" in Dakota.

The falls are located near the entrance to Minnehaha Park. There are steps to allow access to the base of the falls. There is a bridge over the falls. The falls are most dramatic after heavy rains.
